Class Details

• 40 Hour approved Michigan Department of Licensing course
• Classes Start March 20th, 2025
  • First Week: Thu 20th & Fri 21st
  • Second Week: Mon 24nd, Tue 25th, & Wed 26th
  • Class Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Location: 1400 Abbot Road, Ste 420

License Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• You must have obtained a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED)
• Successfully complete 40 hours of an approved pre-license course
• Successfully pass the Michigan Real Estate Exam (must be completed within one year of passing the pre-license course)
