Northern Indiana Real Estate License Broker Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course

  • 90 Hour approved Indiana Department of Licensing course
  • Classes held 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. | Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
  • Cost $650

Locations

License Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have obtained a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED)
  • Choose a pre-license school that fits your needs
  • Successfully complete 90 hours of an approved pre-license course
  • Successfully pass the Northern Indiana Real Estate Broker Exam (must be completed within one year of passing the pre-license course)
