If you don’t pass your state exam or extenuating circumstances arise, we guarantee the ability to re-enroll in our course for a retake fee of $200. You will be equipped with all you need to pass your state exam and succeed in real estate. Costs include in-person instruction, textbooks, test prep materials, and a study guide for the state exam.
