Class Details

• 40 Hour approved Michigan Department of Licensing course
• Classes Start January 23rd, 2025
  • First Week: Thu 23rd & Fri 24th
  • Second Week: Mon 27th, Tue 28th, & Wed 29th
  • Class Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Location: 6312 Stadium Dr. Kalamazoo, MI 49009

License Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• You must have obtained a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED)
• Successfully complete 40 hours of an approved pre-license course
• Successfully pass the Michigan Real Estate Exam (must be completed within one year of passing the pre-license course)
