Indiana & Michigan Course: We offer students an authentic, in-person, real estate experience. In the rare instance that a student doesn’t pass the course, we offer a guarantee that they can re-enroll for a retake by paying a nominal fee, ensuring that they have another opportunity to succeed and further reinforcing our commitment to their success.
Indiana: Cost is $650 and include in-person instruction, textbooks, test prep materials, and a study guide for the state exam.
Michigan: Classes $350 an include in-person instruction, textbooks, test prep materials, and a study guide for the state exam.
Must be at least 18 years old and must have obtained a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED).
Indiana: Classes are held in the evenings 5:30-9:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Michigan: Classes are held Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00pm.
Indiana: Attendance of 80% of the course is required to be granted completion. We do not advise missing classes, but students are allowed to miss up to 4 classes.
Michigan: Attendance of 100% of the course is required to be granted completion.
Indiana: You will through three comprehensive 100-question exams during the course. To achieve a passing grade, you will need to accumulate a total of 225 points, which corresponds to 75% overall.
Michigan: You will through two comprehensive 50-question exams during the course. You will need to achieve a 70% 70% passing ratio is required for completion of the course.
Indiana and Michigan: You will be taking a professional course are and asked to dress no less than business causal attire. Rooms can be cold so you might want to dress in layers if you tend to get cold often.
Indiana: Students who do not achieve 75% (225 points) or attendance is not completed will be required to retake the course for a certificate of completion. The Student Retake Fee of $200 is good for 1 year from your original course completion.
Michigan: Students not achieving the 70% pass ratio or attendance requirements will be required to retake the course for a certificate of completion. The Student Retake fee of $100 is good for 1 year from your original course completion.
