Michigan Real Estate License Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- You must have obtained a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED)
- Successfully complete 40 hours of an approved pre-license course
- Successfully pass the Michigan Real Estate Exam (must be completed within one year of passing the pre-license course)
Pre-Licensing Course Overview
- 40-Hour Michigan Department of Licensing approved course
- Class duration: 5 days, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Class days: Thu, Fri, Mon, Tue & Wed
- Cost: $350
